Hilary is not Doing Outward Blonde
It's now confirmed from an official source that Hilary is NOT working with the movie "Outward Blonde." She has no association with the film.
By the way, War Inc., the movie she is filming in Bulgaria, hasn't got any name yet. They are still using working files.

Joel Swears His Song had nothing to do with Hil
The prereleased “Keep Your Hands Off My Girl,” a throbbing pop-rock number in which the Waldorf, Md., natives report from the front lines of clubland. Vocalist Joel Madden, who recently has been DJing around Los Angeles, half sings/half raps about female fashion victims (“You carry Dior bags, and you got your Chanel”) and their uptight, alpha-male companions (“And now the boyfriend is staring/The disco ball on the ceiling/Looks like the chain that I’m wearing”).
Madden swears that despite its title, the song has nothing to do with his girlfriend, singer/actress Hilary Duff. E-mailing from the band’s short fall tour, he says that it’s merely a “fun stab at the way people treat me when I go to clubs”—especially those where a pop-punker is out of place among fashionistas or music snobs. But while the lyrics mock the club scene, the music embraces it. The amped-up beat, the synth touches, and the high-pitched “ah-has” during the chorus put Good Charlotte further into ’80s territory than ever before. “It’s not to be taken too seriously at all,” Madden says. “Of course people will read way too far into it.”
Madden says much of his life now happens on the West Coast and in New York, helping brother/guitarist Benji run their production team the Dead Executives and working with Duff and other musicians. But he still ditches Hollywood for Waldorf every couple of months. “I’m proud of where I’m from. I always talk about Maryland and D.C.,” he says. “I have the Maryland flag tattooed on my whole back.”

Hilary's New Look: Raven Hair!
Teen queen Hilary Duff showed up on the red carpet this weekend rocking a jet-black, new hair color. So has this bubbly blonde turned to the dark side? "I know it's pretty dark, but it's for a movie!" she assured us. "I'm filming a movie in Bulgaria right now and they were like, 'We need your hair dark!' So I just did it."
Hilary joked that she's scared herself a couple of times with her Goth locks. "I was in my hotel room by myself and I walked by the mirror and I said, 'Who's that? Who's in the room with me?'" But sis Haylie says she likes her sibling's new look: "I love it! It's a nice change for her." The two were out Saturday at the Mercedes Benz 17th annual Carousel of Hope Gala, which benefits the Barbara Davis Center for Childhood Diabetes. Hilary was enjoying a brief break from filming her new movie, 'Brand Hauser,' a thriller set in the future and co-starring John Cusack. She heads back to Bulgaria on Nov. 5th.

Duff 'Stalker' Pleads 'Not Guilty'
The 18-year-old Russian immigrant accused of threatening to kill singer-turned-actress Hilary Duff has pleaded not guilty to stalking charges. Maksim Miakovsky denied planning to harm Duff at an event she was scheduled to attend, a California court heard yesterday.
His bail was raised to $1 million and he'll be back in court on Nov. 22 for a hearing to determine whether there's enough evidence for him to stand trial.
Last month, Hilary Duff and her boyfriend, Good Charlotte singer Joel Madden, requested a restraining order, alleging that Miakovsky "has stated his intention of 'removing' his 'enemies' (other potential suitors), has stated his intention of purchasing a weapon, and has threatened to kill himself and to engage in dramatic actions to get her attention."
